Method:
Start by preparing the main layer. Separate the yolks from the whites and add xylitol to the whites.
Then, whisk thoroughly to form stiff peaks. In another bowl, whisk the yolks until frothy and then blend in the oil, milk, and protein powder. Carefully fold the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture. Divide this prepared mixture into 2 halves. From each half, take 2 tablespoons of batter and put them into a third bowl. In the end, you should have two larger bowls of batter and one small bowl.
Leave one of the large bowls of batter as it is. Add cocoa powder and chocolate and hazelnut protein powder to the other large bowl. Mix the batter from the small bowl, which contains approximately 4 tablespoons of batter, with low-fat lumpy quark and Flavor Drops.
Next, take a bundt cake pan, spray it with spray oil, and start layering. First, pour the plain light layer from the large bowl into the bottom of the pan, then add the cocoa part from the large bowl, and finally, using a spoon, add the quark part. If you want the layers to blend more, you can poke the mixture in several places with a skewer and then pull it out. This will help everything blend better. Put the prepared batter into the oven preheated to 150°C and bake for 30 minutes. Then cover the bundt cake with aluminium foil to help the centre bake better, increase the temperature to 170°C, and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
When the bundt cake is done, take it out of the oven, let it cool completely, and only then slice it.
