Preparation:

Start by preparing the dressing. In a small bowl, mix together the agave syrup, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir well to combine the ingredients. Then cook the rice according to the instructions and allow to cool. Then it’s up to you whether to pour the dressing over the rice right away or at the end when the bowl is complete.

Then proceed to prepare the vegetables. Wash and cut everything into pieces or thin slices, depending on your preference. Just slice the lime and set aside. Rinse the corn and beans thoroughly under running water and drain.

Then you can start plating. In each bowl, put rice in the bottom as a base. On top of it, arrange the chopped vegetables (radishes, cucumbers, red onions and corn) according to preference. Then add the beans and smoked salmon. If you haven’t already put the dressing on the rice, pour it over the dish now. Finally, sprinkle everything with sesame seeds and fresh coriander. Before serving, add lime to the plate as well, so that everyone can drizzle it on to their dish to taste.
