Method:

Let’s start with preparing the cake base. Mix both types of flour together with xylitol, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. In another bowl, combine peanut butter together with one egg, milk, and ghee. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix everything thoroughly. Pour the batter into a cake tin with a diameter of 20 cm, lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking oil. Place the prepared tin with the batter into an oven preheated to 180 °C (350 °F) for about 30 minutes.  Insert a toothpick into the cake to test if it’s ready—if it comes out dry, it’s ready; if not, bake it a little longer.

Once the cake base is ready, allow it to cool completely. Then, slice it horizontally into two halves. Spread the bottom half with the Jammy Spread and place the top half over it to sandwich them together. Next, prepare the cream by mixing cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla Flavor Drops.

Spread this mixture over the top of the cake and garnish with the remaining Jammy Spread. Sprinkle the surface with chopped peanuts and refrigerate for at least an hour to set. Afterward, it’s ready to serve!
