Method:
Start by preparing the dough. Mix the flour with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add sour cream, softened sliced butter, water and work into a firm dough. Put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Then continue with the preparation of the cream. Take the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites, add a pinch of salt to the whites and whisk until snow. Then add the sugar, and beat for approximately 2 minutes. Mix the egg yolks with the sour cream and carefully fold in the egg whites. Add the sifted flour with the cocoa, cinnamon and cloves and stir gently to prevent the dough from falling apart. Finally, stir in the raisins and chopped pecan nuts. Then take a pie tin with a diameter of 20 cm and spray it with oil spray. Take the dough out of the fridge, roll it out with a floured rolling pin into a round shape and transfer it into the prepared pie tin.
Cut off any edges that spill over the edge and pour in the prepared filling. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 5 minutes. Then turn the temperature down to 160°C and bake for another 30 minutes. Let the pie cool before slicing, then dust it with icing sugar and serve.
