Method:
Start by preparing the base or the dough. Mix hazelnuts, then add cocoa, protein and mix with maple syrup, milk and coconut oil to make a sticky mixture. Chill this in the fridge for an hour to set.
After an hour, you can start forming 20 balls from the cooled mixture. Place one hazelnut in the centre of each one. Roll the balls in 80 g of chopped hazelnuts and then dip them in chocolate melted with coconut oil. When done, put them in the fridge to set and then serve.
