Method:
Start by lining your muffin tin with the cups, there will be 12 of them. Then start preparing the batter. Grind the hemp seeds and mix them in with the flour. In another bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, cane sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt and vanilla Flavor Drops. This should make a liquid mixture. Gradually add the dry mixture (flour with hemp seeds) to the liquid mixture. Stir gently until all ingredients are combined.
Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin, each should be filled to ⅔ full. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 18-25 minutes. The surface of the muffin should be nicely golden.
When done, allow them to cool. If you decide to garnish the muffins, cut off the top part and spread with MoiMüv protein spread. Crumble the cut-off top piece, crumble it and sprinkle over the protein spread. Then you can dig right in.
