Method:
Start by preheating the oven to 180°C and preparing your bundt cake tin. Grease it with spray oil and dust with flour. Then, peel and coarsely grate the apples. In one bowl, mix the flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, thoroughly whisk the eggs with milk, flavour drops, melted coconut oil, and honey.
Next, add the apples and mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix them in. Pour the finished batter into the prepared bundt tin and bake for approximately 45–50 minutes or until the top turns golden brown. Test with a skewer; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready. If not, bake a little longer.
Once baked, leave the cake to cool in the tin for about 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely. After that, there’s nothing else to do but to enjoy the fruits of your labour.
