Method:
Start by cooking the pasta according to the instructions and in the meantime start preparing the cream sauce. Spray a heated pan with oil spray and place the spinach onto it. Then cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the spinach. Sauté together for a while, but just a few minutes so they soften slightly but don’t overcook. Then season the vegetables with salt and pepper and turn the heat down to low. Add the ricotta to the pan and mix.
If the mixture is too thick, add a little water (ideally from the pasta). Then take the can of salmon, drain the liquid from it, tear it into small pieces and add it to the cream sauce together with the pasta.
Stir everything together and serve.
