We all love Asian food. It’s great not only for summer. It’s nutritious, nutritionally balanced, delicious, and it’s not difficult to prepare, even though it contains multiple components. All you have to do is to sauté the marinated meat, cook the noodles, we used the Zero version, and then add the vegetables with peanuts and dressing. Bún bò Nam Bô also tastes great cold, so it’s great as a packed lunch.
For the base you will need:
- 385 g ZERO noodles
- 250 g raw carrot
- 150 g salad cucumber
- 80 g iceberg lettuce
- 10 g peanuts
- fresh coriander to taste
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 125 ml boiling water
- 15 ml rice vinegar
- 10 g coconut sugar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons fish sauce
- juice from 1/2 lime
Ingredients for the meat:
- 300 g beef
- 10 ml fish sauce
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- a pinch of ground pepper
- a pinch of salt

Preparation:
Start by preparing the meat. Cut the beef into thin slices.
Mix the meat thoroughly with olive oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, 1 crushed garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
Continue with the preparation of the sauce. Mix boiling water with fish sauce, crushed garlic, coconut sugar, rice vinegar and lime juice. Let it sit at room temperature. Then prepare the vegetables. Wash all the pieces and cut them into thin strips.
Then proceed with the Zero noodles, which you prepare according to the instructions. As a rule, they are cooked for 2 minutes and then rinsed with cold water.
And you’re approaching the finish line. Take the marinated meat out of the fridge, heat a pan and sauté the pieces for about 7 minutes. Then you’ll be plating up two servings of this delicacy. Start with the noodles, top with the prepared vegetables, meat, then sprinkle with peanuts (can be chopped) and garnish with coriander to taste. Finally, pour the sauce over everything. Then you can enjoy your Bún bò Nam Bô.
