Today we have prepared a simple recipe for a basic banana pancake batter that anyone can whip up. It contains protein, which will be appreciated by your muscles. Of course, it has a pleasantly sweet taste that can make not only your morning but also your whole day more enjoyable. And it’s entirely up to you what you want to serve the pancakes with.

Method:
Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Then place it in a blender with the egg, liquid egg whites, protein, a pinch of salt and gluten-free oat flour.
Mix everything together until a smooth batter is formed. Then heat a pan coated with spray oil. Pour ¼ of the batter by eye onto it and cook on one side for about 2-3 minutes, until the pancake is brown on the underside. You will see little bubbles on the surface. Then flip the pancake over and cook it for 2 minutes on the other side.
Prepare all 4 pancakes in the same way. When you’re done, you can then start serving. We had them with caramel zero syrup. However, they also taste great with quark, yoghurt, peanut butter, fruit or protein ice cream.
